Footage from NBATV’s Real Training Camp series featuring a Denver Nuggets practice from Thursday, October 9, 2008. This clip is part one of two clips which contain five on five scrimmaging.

Pau Gasol Remains a Grizzly

In fact Heisley’s exact words were, “There’s no damn way that anybody is going to trade Pau Gasol,” “I’m telling you that ain’t going to happen. That’s out the window.”

Apparently the Boston Celtics and the Chicago Bulls are two of the teams that are believed to have interest in getting Gasol to play for their team.

Gasol also admits that his name has appeared several times in the paper but that he is not worried about the matter at this time. He is recently recovering from foot surgery and expected to return by the end of the year.

The Grizzlies are not doing to well without their lead player, Gasol, and have a record so far of 4-10 and currently sit at the fifth place of the southwest, however, last Tuesday night the team beat the Denver Nuggets with a score of 108-96 and are expected to play the Miami Heat next Saturday the 2nd of December, which more than likely will be a hard game for them to win.

Houston Rockets – The Early Years

The Rockets, along with the Seattle SuperSonics, entered the NBA in 1967 as an expansion team based in San Diego. They selected Pat Riley with their first draft pick in 1967. They went on to produce a then-NBA record 67-loss season.

In 1968 the Rockets won the coin toss versus the Baltimore Bullets, giving them the first overall pick in the 1968 NBA Draft. They selected Elvin “the Big E” Hayes from the University of Houston. Hayes led the team to the franchise’s first ever playoff appearance in 1969. The Rockets lost in the Western divisional semi-final to the Atlanta Hawks two games to four in a best-of-seven series.

The 1970 NBA Draft brought Calvin Murphy and Rudy Tomjanovich to the Rockets – both significant to the franchise after their playing careers were over.

Coached by Jack McMahon and Alex Hannum, the Rockets tallied a 119-209 record over their tenure in San Diego.

In 1971, real estate broker

Hot NBA News for 2007

Not long ago, on the April 4, Charlotte Bobcats won with 122 against Washington who scored 102. Throughout this game, Gerald Wallace had 34 points and 14 rebounds, Walter Herrman 21, Emeka Okafor scored 17 points and 13 rebounds and Raymond Felton had 17 points.

From the opposite team, Gilbert Arenas had 33 points, but this couldn’t change their score over the Bobcats, thus the Wizards’ chain of lost games unfortunately continues. The Washington Wizards seem to be out of luck since this is the 5th lost game out of 7 played. Roy Hibbert is Bobcats’ second junior and third center. He is compared to Zydrunas Ilgauskas and he has a great potential on the defensive end.

Detroit won over Indiana with a score of 100 to 85 points. Tayshaun Prince scored 24 points for the winning team and Richard Hamilton had 19 points. Jermaine O’Neal scored 20 points and 7 rebounds for Indiana. Darren Collison is an excellent athlete with great mobility and

Seattle Supersonics Tickets – Basketball Seattle Style!

Seattle SuperSonics tickets have always done brisk sales- not only are the Sonics former NBA champions, they are also the only professional sports franchise in Seattle to gain a championship win. The Sonics have currently marked themselves as contenders for a championship win in the near future.

The Seattle SuperSonics team is based in Seattle, Washington and is a part of the National Basketball Association’s northwest division and western conference. They play all their home games at the KeyArena and have one championship win, three conference titles and six division titles to their name.

Off With A Bang

The Sonics were officially born in 1967 and at its inception they probably had little knowledge that they would be NBA champions in just another ten years. But before that the Sonics had to find their footing. For a new team, the team did tolerably well, scoring some respectable wins at times while strugging at

Stoudamire Deciding to Join New Team

Stoudamire’s contract with the Grizzlies has come to a close, but is not an assurance that Damon Stoudamire will join the Boston Celtics this Thursday. That is since the San Antonio Spurs changed the things by being interested in the player.

Some ESPN.com sources stated the Spurs will try to sign the 12- year expert as soon as he becomes detached from the Memphis Grizzlies. Buyout talks during the day on Monday concluded in the evening and Damon Stoudamire will legitimately be available on Tuesday after 10am.

“I’m keeping it all suspenseful,” Stoudamire said on Monday evening when reached on his cell phone. “I’m trying to get it all figured out, trying to see what’s best for myself and my family.”

Damon Stoudamire can’t sign with anybody for at least 48 hours until he is given the ok. Some media resources have stated he was really considered strongly about signing with the Celtics. But if the Celtics offer to

Nba – Darius Miles’ Comeback Delayed by 10 Games

Boston Celtics’ forward, the 26 year-old Darius Miles, was suspended for a total of 10-games due to a NBA program anti-drug violation which took place at the end of the 2007-2008 season. The drug apparently used by the NBA player was phentermine and it is classified as an amphetamine. However, for Miles and the Celtics, that is all in the past and the NBA forward is just trying to recover his place in the roster and be able to focus on getting back into the action soon.

Before the incident, Miles was out for two full seasons due to a micro fracture surgery in his right knee. Some doctors thought his knee injury was very severe and his come back was almost out of question. But after continuous rehabilitation and his strong determination, Miles is really close to achieve what he wants.

Both, his love for the game and the faith he has in his recovering, have helped him go through this very hard time; however, now there is no guarantee regarding his
